    Hey everyone, my name is Cait. I'm almost 21 years old, and myfitnesspal has genuinely changed my life. It has helped teach me that losing weight isn't about dieting, it's about creating a completely different lifestyle for yourself. I'm slowly becoming more and more proud of myself as I realize the difficult things I've conquered.

    The pictures below are comparing my weight when I was at my heaviest, which was 310 pounds. And my weight as of this month, which is 235. I was at my heaviest around June of 2010. Now, in November of 2011, I'm down 75 pounds and 3 pant sizes :) I couldn't be happier. I still log onto myfitnesspal daily and track every single thing I put in my mouth. It helps to hold me accountable!
