Body Pump
Morning all - or good night depending on where you are!!
I was wondering if anyone knew how to calculate the calories spent at a body pump class - 45 mins....I cant find it in the exercise section. I know it depends on weights lifted etc but an estimate would be great!!! Thanks - happy healthy eating.

Hi Renee, I added Les Mills Bodypump in the cadio section.... Hope you can find it. It is an estimate indeed, cause of weight/height/gender and your weightselection. Have fun pumping!!0

Because heavier people burn more calories, a 205-lb. person would burn about 750 calories.
