How Can I Calculate Calorie burn during Strength Training

Hey Guys,
I am fairly new to MFP. Just curious to know if theres a way to know how many calories does one burn doing strength training. Its always good to know how much did i burn from the strength training.
For example, I did back exercises today. So did like :
Exercise - Weights(Reps)
1. Lat Pulldown
10 kgs (25Reps) 12.5 (20 Reps) 15 kgs (12 reps) 17.5 kgs (10 Reps)
2. Exercise Band Back Lat Pulldowns
10 Kgs -25 Reps 12.5 (20 Reps) 15 kgs (12 reps) 17.5 kgs (10 Reps)
3. Seated Row
10 Kgs -25 Reps 12.5 (20 Reps) 15 kgs (12 reps) 17.5 kgs (10 Reps)
4. One Arm Row
10 Kgs -25 Reps) 12.5 (20 Reps) 15 kgs (12 reps) 17.5 kgs (10 Reps)

Is there a way to calculate the calorie burn during the above mentioned strength training? Thanks!

    I wear a heart rate monitor whenever I exercise, whether it's cardio or strength training. It tells me how many calories I've burned.

    I've found that I don't burn nearly as many calories doing strength training as I do when I do cardio, but apparently it pays off in the long run as muscles burn more calories than fat.

    If you go to cardio there is actually weights on there, just as a general approximation.

    enter "strength training" in the cardio section for an estimate.

    Why so many reps?

    Instead of doing more than 12, once you can do 12 reps with good form, increase the weight, you will get much better results lifting heavier in the 6-12 rep range, just make sure your last couple of reps are difficult to do with good form.

    Buy a heart rate monitor and wear it for all your workouts and put your workouts in manually under cardiovascular! Hope this helps!

    I'd personally look up strength training under cardio on here, and use that amount for how much you burned.

    HRM's are nice and all, but are crap for strength training as they are not made for that. They are made to be used during steady state cardio only.

    It's really hard to calculate calories burned for strength training since it is so individualized.
