treadmill workout I got from a magazine and LOVE
min speed
1 5.0
2 5.5
3 6.0
4 6.5
5 7.0
6 7.5
7 8.0
8-9 4.0
repeat 5 times for a 45 minute interval workout.! As you can see it is just moving up in speed at .5 mph increase every minute but you could edit it based on where you are in your fitness start at a lower interval or move up in smaller intervals ect.
