Once a month. First thing in the morning.0

Friday mornings. Since weekends are tough, it Allows me to relax a bit on the weekend, get on track on Monday, and redeem myself by Friday.0

When I was trying to lose weight, I would weigh in every day in the morning. I know a lot of people say don't do that because it will drive you crazy, but it teaches me how different foods affect my body. I also know my body can fluctuate up to 4 pounds in a days time, so if I step on the scale and it's not what I expect, I don't get so freaked out and I make sure to drink more water that day and that puts me right back on track. It also holds me accountable for my choices. Now that I'm pregnant, I have only been weighing at my Dr office, but I gained 6 pounds in a month so I think I'm going to weigh once a week just to keep my on track!0

Sunday Mornings.... makes me be good over the weekend!0

Morning, Daily, and I record it in a spreadsheet daily. I only log my Friday weight on MFP though. Recording every morning in a spreadsheet really helps me stay focused for the day, and of course I am fully aware that a pound or two in gain is just food or water in my system, so fluctuations do not bother me.0

Saturday mornings before breakfast, nakie0

I weigh myself on Tuesdays (random day, but that was the day that I started weighing). I weigh first thing in the morning before I get in the shower.0
-
Tuesday's are my weigh in day also!! I know I tend to slip up on the weekends but it gives me monday to get back in the groove0

Every day - in the morning.0

first thing every morning. and no, I don't freak if today says 3lbs more than yesterday, I know that's impossible.
But NOT weighing & NOT even owning a scale is how I got over 200 lbs. It's been going down steadily (if slowly) and I intend to keep it that way.
Besides, seeing that number every day reminds me how great I am, how hard I work & how far I've come
and (this is kind of mean) since my daughter just had a baby, I weigh less than her WHICH FEELS AWESOME, even if it is only temporary0 -
every morning- after my shower- I dont know why but my shower washed a pound and change off of me... but I only count my weigh ins on fridays. I am trying to only weigh in every other friday now- but I weigh daily to remind myself why I am doing this...0

No offense intended but I Never weighed myself. When the jeans got tight and I could zip my skirts, I knew. When you went up in size didn't you think you were gaining. I don't understand.0 -
I only record on Fridays, but I weigh myself every couple of days to see how things are shaping up.0

Every morning with Tuesday being the "official" day. (ok, really I am a stay-at-home-mom so I weigh like 3 times a day, don't tell).
I chose Tuesday because I like to take things easy on the weekends and we usually go out with family to dinner on the weekend. Gives me monday to get back on track.
no, you are not "supposed" to weigh evey day but rules are for breaking! I like to break the rules and it works for me to know what I am doing each day....also when you weigh every day you learn what YOUR body does not what everyone says is normal. I only fluctuate 2 pounds in a good day.....4 pounds of fluctuating and I know I am waaaay off track. Helps me make better choices. I know that to stay on track I need to have a steady .2 decrease each day......that is much easier than taking on the entire pound!
Just my thoughts though...I'm in no way an expert....far from it.0 -
Monday and Friday morning before getting into the shower.0

I was weighing myself several times a day so I brought my scale in to my office to do it once on the weekday mornings...a coworker and I are doing weigh-in days on Thursday mornings at work as well. I don't mind seeing the fluctuations because I know that nothing I am doing right now would cause me to gain weight.0

I weigh myself every morning, right out of bed (after bathroom break). I record that number every day.0

I weigh every day and only record losses that are a full pound. I have a digital scale that reads to 2/10ths of pounds and know i can record those here. It just feels like cheating to me because MFP rounds up on the tickers so it'll say I lost 28 pounds eventhough I only lost 27.5
However, the closer I get to goal, the more I think about going ahead and recording those decimal losses...who knows, I may cave if another long plateau comes along.0 -
Friday morning - once a week. I used to weigh every single day (haha) but life is too busy for that kind of nonsense. Sometimes I even forget to weigh on Friday. Whoops.
I've only recently begun watching my calories again so the scale hasn't been moving - that's probably why I lost my interest in checking! Haha. Maybe when the scale starts moving again I'll become obsessed with the scale again.0 -
Every two weeks or so, sometimes every week, sometimes every month. I can't get too obsessed over the scale or I go overboard with dieting and exercising.
But, I weigh first thing in the morning after I go to the bathroom. And I weigh myself without clothes.0 -
oops...duplicate post.0

You'd be surprised how much jeans stretch when you wear them everyday. I cycle between 2 pairs of jeans (Levi's if anyone is interested lol) and they are a size 32. I didn't realize how much weight I had put on till I went to get a new pair, and not only were the 32's impossible, the 34's were a bit too snug as well ...
I weight everyday in the morning, but only record Tuesday - for no particular reason that I can determine0 -
Every morning I agree! It makes it easier to see and fix bad habits. I also have a blank calendar and pensil handy to write it down. That way you can see your progress. When your dieting 178.2 is so much nicer than 178.8 :0) Every bit of progress is a motivation for me.0

Every morning for the recordable weight and every night just for fun!0
-
First thing every morning and usually every night when I get changed for bed (but I never hold much stock in that number since I'm full of food... it just helps me turn down more food when I go back downstairs).0

Same reasons, but Thurs is my fri at work so I weigh myself on Thurs0 -
Sunday mornings. My weight seems to be so different depending on the time of day I wake up--I usually wake up at the same time on Sundays so it stays consistent and keeps my accountable on Friday night and Saturday--my typical worst days!0

Every morning.0

Every morning... in the nude, right after I get out of bed and use the restroom. I try to record the most accurate weight before it fluctuates with food/drink consumption.0
