I have fallen off because of sickness...

Since last Wednesday I have had stomach issues. Depending on what I eat or how I move I get nausea. It is very inconvenient especially when I need to work out!
So i have not worked out since last Wednesday. I know I am told to take care of myself before I make myself sick or what not, but I am worried that My mind and body want me to be sick to keep me from doing anything among the sorts of working out... Tomorrow will be a week since I have officially worked out. I am hoping to hit the gym tomorrow, but I am scared to have a relapse of sickness and get thrown back into it.
Any advice or anything?
I am looking for some motivation, some support. I feel horrible not working out, but i am scared to workout, I do not want my body to reject the workout and give me sickness once again.

I know how you feel hun, I get the same way EVERY time I go to work out. It's like my body is sabotaging me. I don't get stomache issues, but body parts will start hurting. Sometimes it's a mind thing, and sometimes it's not. Going to try to find something you can drink/take for nausea that is all natural.0

Try easing into it. Start with a walking program, then progress into low impact aerobics, then to general aerobics, then add strength training and/or circuit training. Drink plenty of water before and after. Your stomach issues may be due to dehydration.0

Take it slower. Go for only 10 minutes. 10 minutes is better than nothing. Also what are you doing for workouts? Finding something fun can help as well, if you feel bored it might be a good idea to try something new. The key is to DO SOMETHING, anything. You will feel better, I guarantee it.0
