Need suggestion on meals and snacks

The scale keeps going up and that is not good. i need to make a grocery list with some good healthy snacks and meals, Anyone have any ideas?

  • I really like light string cheese and reduced fat triscuits. It is a great mid day snack that keeps me full until lunch. Crackers are 120 cals for 7 and cheese is 50 for the stick. Way more filling than the 100 cal packs or a swallow of yogurt.
  • The key is, without leaving a lengthy response of examples and meal ideas, is to stick to the perimter of the grocery store. Fruits, veggies, grains, lean meats, cheese, yogurts, etc...you following? The perimeter of a grocery store is where the good stuff is!
