Weigh In Day Friday!

I just started WW but prefer the community and layout of this site so... does anyone do anything differently the day or two before they weigh in? I wasn't sure if eating a low carb/low sodium diet might give me an extra boost. I also heard of people not working out the day before a weight in. What do you guys do before "weigh in day"?7

    I dont do anything differently specifically, but i always make sure to drink lots of water the night before- and weigh in the morning

    I do the same as I would any other day.

    I don't see why you would change anything, just weigh yourself in the morning and that's that.
    You want to know what weight you are in 'real life', not after following a strict set of conditions.

    Right but if you eat too much salt or something your body will hold onto extra weight.

    But if you're eating too much salt (enough to cause your body to hold on to weight), you need to reduce that for good, every day, not just the day before weigh in.
