To All,

What are Y'all tracking on the Food Tab? My settings are the following: Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein, Fiber & Sugar.

Should I be monitoring something else to maximize my weight loss?

    The sugar depressed me because of the amount of fruit I consume (not a big veggie person). I have sodium issues, so that's the only one that's different on mine than yours. It can cause you to retain water and dehydrate so I try to limit my intake!

    I would add sodium and find out what the recommended amount should be. I think its 2400 but I dont come anywhere close to that since I try to cut out sodium. Too much sodium will make you retain water and that will make you heavier.
