I'm still getting the hang of actually trying to eat healthy, but things that I can't do without are coffee, creamer (peppermint mocha is my favorite right now), 1% cottage cheese, fat free organic milk, and some sort of cereal (honey nut cheerios right now). Just went shopping earlier today and got lots of good stuff, so hopefully some of that will become more regular in my diet.

Sometimes I switch up my veggies, depending on what's in season. When the Farmer's market is here that is my favorite time. I can go to the state one that is year round, but i don't get the time usually. I do most of my shopping at a local chain, plus Trader Joe's and Whole foods.
