    75 pounds before and after

    I have lost 75 pounds since April 28, 2011 - I have 35 pounds to goal and am so excited to reach it!!
    Starting weight: 270+ (probably closer to 300 but I didn't weigh when I first started)
    Today: 197.5

      No real advice that hasn't been said 100 time - I count every calorie that goes into my mouth averaging between 1200-1600 a day, I have not had fast food/pizza/pop since February 2011. I cut out red meat - except on occation.

      I go to the gym 5 days a week (w/o a trainer) and lift and do cardio averaging a 800 calorie burn with my HRM.

      I have my splurge days (an elephant ear at the fair) but overall I don't miss all that stuff and I feel SO amazing!!

      I am 5'11 - my goal is 165.

      I hear it everyday from my co workers - they say "there is NO WAY you have any more weight to lose" :-)

      One nice thing about being tall!!
