Ok this falls in the "healthier choice" treat menu.

In a glass bowl
2 TBSP of expelled pressed coconut oil
1/2 a cup of chocolate chips

Microwave for about 30 seconds, and then I add a scoop of protein powder and I mix until smooth.

This makes a great chocolate sauce that when cooled forms a hard shell, add it on top of ice cream,. or I have taken my peanut butter treats and dipped them in this and then put them on wax paper, and then the fridge. When they cool they taste a lot like reeces peanut butter cups.

Sure the chocolate chips are not healthy, but the coconut oil is, plus it's a high protein treat.

Also you can use PB2 instead of natural PB if you want to lower the fat content.

    Sugar:laugh:

Also forgot to add, I've added sliced almonds and poured this mixture in a candy mold tray and they taste just like almond choclate bars.

It would be perfect for this because it cools to a candy bar consistency.
Also I am going to try it too, I love strawberries and white chocolate.

Well I don't do any cardio, and simply burn of my calorie deficit so I try and make the most out of my calories during the week. I think I know what you are getting at, and I agree there is no reason we can't fit in fun foods into our plan in moderation. All of the ingredients in this recipe have something positive to add to our body except the chocolate chips.

What flavor protein powder are you using? For the Magic Shell and for the peanut butter balls?

I used Poly-pept ICE Vanilla in both the chocolate sauce and the treats themselves.
It's a creamy vanilla, so it just tasted even more like a milk chocolate.
