I think I hurt my leg.

I've done JM 30 day shred months before and i was fine after the third day. But now my whole left leg is very stiff and I have a little bruise on my shin.

    I tore my calf muscle doing the 30DS and running C25K. It's hard to explain how it felt like, but it felt like my leg was lacking circulation and rotting inside? And no it wasn't that pins and needles feeling, just felt way off. Couldn't put weight on it, could hardly walk. Go see a doctor. Might be a second degree tear if there's a bruise.
