Am I eating too much?

someone please help me out ( be nice though plzt) I lost my first 60 lbs eating 1200 calories a day and then 10 months later I started to feel tired a lot so I up'd my calorie intake to 1450 a day hoping I was just eating too few calories anyway now that I'm eating 1450 sometimes a little less, other days a little more I feel full but a disgusted full feeling, am I doing this right? Am I suppose to feel this full?

    No, that is probably closer to where you should have been to start. 1200 is really low.

  • if your goal is to lose weight and the amount of calories you are eating causes you to maintain or gain weight than it is too much. otherwise enjoy the extra food

    my goal is to lose and found out i was just bloated, thank you though i appreciate the advice!
