My 3 tips are :
1/ walk 10,000 steps per day
2/ eat all your calorie allowance
3/ drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

my advice:
1. make sure you drink your water
2. make sure you watch the amount of sodium you eat, this sites range is no more than 2500 mg a day, If you eat more than this it will cause water retention
3. make sure you exercise
4. log all food before you eat it0 -
Hi, Stef and everyone who reads this post. I just joined MFP. I
this site and all of its features. I too would like to lose some weight before summer. My family and I are going with our church group on a mission trip to Bonaire in June. I would like to lose some weight before we go so I will feel good and have the energy to do the work we are going there to do. I am sure there will be quite a bit of walking on the island.
