I have to have items ready to go, if not I'm apt to eat what's available. I usually have these things in the house weekly. There are other things I like, but these are almost always there.

    pre packaged salads
Cedars Chickpea Salad (use on top of salad, no dressing needed)
Cedars Edamame Salad (use on top of salad, no dressing needed)
Cedars Black Bean Salad (use on top of salad, no dressing needed)
    Avocados
Fruit to grab and go (grapes and pears)
    hummus
    frozen fruit
Frozen seasoned cooked veggies (usually green giant in the box, love lima beans in butter sauce)
    onions
    garlic
Smoked salmon( not weekly but quite often - also eat with salads or whatever else I feel like)
