If you NEED a home gym consider TRX system

I don't work for them, nor do I make any money from them so my opinion is unbiased. I do however use it alot with clients who CANNOT do pushups, pullups, squats, etc. without modifying the exercise. With the TRX you use your own bodyweight to exercise, but the system allows you to control the amount of resistance you use. For the price, its one of the better "home gym" pieces of equipment that I think is well worth it. It only weighs 2lbs and you can take it anywhere with you, even if you travel alot. Here's more info on it.

I wonder if it can use the same mount as an adult swing.

I've been dying to try TRX. I heard it's a killer workout!
    A gym by me has a TRX/kettlebell class but it's $20 a session.
  • My personal trainer uses TRX and it really makes your whole body work ( especially for someone like me with a weak core).

Thanks Ninerbuff ... been considering while I can't yet get into heavy weights (or push myself up for that matter).
