    My 3 tips are :

    1/ walk 10,000 steps per day
    2/ eat all your calorie allowance
    3/ drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

    my advice:

    1. make sure you drink your water
    2. make sure you watch the amount of sodium you eat, this sites range is no more than 2500 mg a day, If you eat more than this it will cause water retention
    3. make sure you exercise
    4. log all food before you eat it

    Hi, Stef and everyone who reads this post. I just joined MFP. I :heart: this site and all of its features. I too would like to lose some weight before summer. My family and I are going with our church group on a mission trip to Bonaire in June. I would like to lose some weight before we go so I will feel good and have the energy to do the work we are going there to do. I am sure there will be quite a bit of walking on the island.
