I completely flaked out about the time, I need to set the alarm on my phone to remind me to do this on Saturday. But I am down 1 pound to 203, and am hoping to hit my November goal by the end of the challenge. I managed to get the sleep goal accomplished 3 nights this week- which for me is a hugely big deal.0
