PLEASE HELP!!!

For any of you who eat sushi! When u input calories i dont know how many to allocate!!!

I had,

3 peices sashimi (no rice) salmon
2 pieces of Tuna (no rice)
2 pieces of white fish (no rice)

AND

3 pieces of california roll with brown rice..

How many calories is that?? :ohwell:

PLEASE HELP!!!!
