If I recall correctly, lower than normal body temperature is one symptom of hypothyroidism.

I'm much colder now that I've lost weight too. Thermal underwear - that's the answer!0

Yeah it really never stops. You don't have as much fat on your body now. In the summer I don't get cold as much but in the winter, i feel I have to layer LOL!0

Feeling colder than normal can be a symptom of many things. But I believe in a logic explanation to this. Wearing a fat-coat for years made it quite easy for your body to keep a certain temperature. Now that the layer is gone your body has to learn/get used to keeping temperature again. It'll get better after a while and I know because I've been there....and survived :happy: :happy:
Layered clothes, a hot shower or light gymnastics before going to bed helped me a lot. And a pair of bed-socks :bigsmile:0
