I made these for the first time last night and was quite surprised how good they were.
I made 1 with pepperoni and 1 with pepperoni and mushrooms.
Recipe:
Flatout - Light Original Flat Bread- 90 calories a wrap
Hormel - Turkey Pepperoni, 17 slices- 70 calories
Ragu - Pizza Sauce Homemade Style, 1/4 cup (63g)- 30 calories
Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese - Cheddar & Monterey Jack, 0.56 cup- 225 calories
Polar - Shiitake Sliced Mushrooms, 1/2 can- 30 calories
Pepperoni pizza- 415 calories Pepperoni and Mushroom pizza- 445 calories
I baked them at 350 for 14-16 minutes the crust just started to get crispy. I think the next time I make them I am going to try our pampered chef pizza stone and see how they do.

Wow - great size for the amount of calories. I'm saying I could eat half of that and be full.
I get the flatbread veggie pizza at Houlihans (mushrooms, a little feta cheese, onions, peppers, artichokes) and its 250 calories for one slice.0 -

Oh there was plenty, I am still a big guy 273 lbs. and I was full... The best part was the calories saved by eating healthy alternative as to going to my favorite pizza place and eating. Alot less calories that is for sure... lol0 -
For those who can't seem to make the wrap/crust crispy, try brushing on a little EVOO, toast it for a bit, then flip it over and put your toppings on the non-EVOO side. I also do my personal size pizzas in the toaster oven.0

^^^^this ! :-) don't need a pizza atone just put the Flatout in the oven/toaster oven for a little while then bring it out and add your toppings and put back in the oven. It will come out nice and crispy and delicious.0 -

I do something similar but I use the Joseph's Oat Bran Flax lavash bread - I use fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and fresh basil with a drizzle of EVOO - soooo good!0

I make whole wheat tortilla pizzas and low fat cheese. I pile on the veggies and use low fat canadian bacon. It is a nice quick fix when Im craving pizza!:)0

I do a similar pizza with whole wheat tortillas, talk about super thin crust, lol. But sure gets the pizza craving out of the way0

Looks sooo good!! Gotta try it!!0

I make my flatout pizza with chicken and feta delish! I bake just the flatout for 4 minutes before adding the ingredients-then bake it again with all the toppings-it helps get the crust crispy.0

I've been using flatouts for my pizza crust forever! It is so good and saves big time on your calories. I normally put just the flatout in the oven for about 5 minutes, then flip it over and add my toppings. The crust is crispier this way. I love using these for quesadillas and wraps too.0

That sounds like a wonderful idea!! I must give it a try.0
