For those who love chocolate (I am one) I found that having chocolate kisses helps. I keep them in my dest at work and just a few (4 to be exact) is all that I need to satisfy my taste. Be careful to note the calories for each one as it will vary depending on which kiss you are eating. The typical serving size is 9 pieces but I divide the total amount of calories by the number of pieces then have the equivalent of 100 calories, easier to keep track that way. I like the real thing when it comes to my sweets so smaller portions are the trick. This receipe sounds great as another way to have a bit of chocolate.0
