Try House Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodles! There are only 40 calories in the whole bag and they are ready after 1 minute in the microwave! They take on the flavor of pretty much anything you put on them and are awesome in soup, stir fry or with pasta sauce....soooo glad I found them!

I love those noodles more than normal pasta! I actually really don't like pasta, so I was thrilled when I found these. They have a different consistency, which is much better in my opinion :D

I love spaghetti, but like a large portion. I mix spaghetti squash in with the pasta. Makes me feel like I am getting more. And I benefit with some veggies.

haha they do feel like a bag of chunky jello or something, but once you drain out the liquid they look exactly like ramen noodles.

I tried them, and unfortunately, all I wanted was my pasta. I so wanted to like them because they are soooo low. I'll probably try them again, and maybe the spaghetti squash idea from the earlier post.

I use thin strips of zuchinni that has been sauteed and had a little S&P added...instead of pasta.

i'm interested in trying this... i'm not s huge fan of zucchini, but I wonder if the pasta sauce would mask that flavour?

I want to try them, too. Are they with the refrigerated/frozen foods?

No, you have to get fresh ones and cut them with a vegie peeler.....sorry!!
Nice Sauteed in olive oil - much tastier than fatty boom booom pasta!

We tried the Shiritaki noodles and I can put up with them but my spouse can't. Google "Hungry Girlfredo" for a fun recipe using these noodles.

HG had another great pasta swap -- broccoli slaw. Google "Slaw and Order" for her dish using these... I love it and it's SUPER cheap!

For those who simply can't give up that unique pasta texture and taste, check out this thread:
