HATE HATE HATE push-ups. I have bad knees and had foot surgery in college, so either way is painful and practically impossible.0 -

Least: long runs on treadmill - boooring (outdoor running or intervals on the treadmill are great though!)0 -
Favorite: Spinning & Kickboxing
Least: lunges, shoulder overhead press/fly's (because of my bad shoulder), treadmill/eliptical0 -
Favorite: running/walking OUTSIDE (treadmills suck)
Least favorite: it's a toss up between squat jacks and rockstar jumps. I feel like my body just wasn't built to move that way...blech0
