How do You get Motivated?

I know I feel better when I get up early and work out--I have more energy then if I went at night, I have more energy throughout the day, it improves my mood, and most importantly--it's done and over with! I don't have to worry about how to squeeze it in during the day!! My best friend who is also on MFP (BaypathgradLyns) is a huge motivator--she's lost 70-something lbs. and looks AMAZING. When I'm in spin class, and absolutely dying, I picture her right next to me...b/c if she was there, she'd be pushing me (as I would her.) Works EVERY time (I'm wicked competitive!)0
