Okay so I have a little over 600 calories left for the day and I really want to eat Chex Muddy Buddies! I I ate like 400 cal. worth of those would that make it harder for me to lose pounds. Or doesn't it matter? Some people say calories in, calories out. What do you think?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Calories in vs. calories out in the long run for weight loss... for health/performance/general well-being, not so much, but for weight loss, that's what it comes down to.0

id go ahead and eat it. just dont make it an every day thing - have some healthy snacks too. as long as youre under calories youll lose weight0

Watch your NET calories. 1200 should be your goal. I'm usual right under or 10-30 calories over that some days. But as long as you are keeping within your 1200 and eating sensibly, you'll lose!0
