My name is Colleen and I am new to Myfitnesspal. I have been married for a little over a year and enjoying it. My husband and I both are trying to get in better shape, so we can be back to our pre high school weight. I look forward to talking to all of you!:happy:

    Yo. I'm Pj. And I'm a foodaholic. No, not really. I actually only started using MyFitnessPal to track protein/fat/carb intake during an all-protein dietary regimen (during which I lost 3 lbs in 3 days), but now that it's over (for better or worse), I'm finding MFP helps me actually pay attention to what I'm eating and where it's going. So I'm gonna try to be good and disciplined and stick with it. Word!
