Favorite - walking or riding my bike.

Favourite: Pretty much all weight training
Least Favourite: I love yoga, but who thought that downward dog was a good idea? And why do they do so much of it in yoga? It's uncomfortable and I don't think it achieves anything.0 -

LOL - downward dog is your resting pose, that's why they do so much of it. Although, if you're not doing it correctly it won't be very restful.0 -

Favorite: Kickboxing (p90x)
Least favorite: Prison cell running planks (I hate them so much)0 -
Favorite: Tae Bo (Kickboxing)
Least favorite: Anything that deals with jumping, except for jumping jacks. I used to hate doing jumping jacks, but now I'm okay with doing them.0 -
I would like to add that BURPEES are the exercise from hell and I hate them and wish they would die.

Least favorite-Burpees! BUT its a love hate relationship, they work you out like nothing else!
Most favorite-strength training of any kind. And running. (jogging now because of a knee injury.0 -
