I've been doing negative wide grip, over hand, pull-ups for at least a month now. Jump up, hold, s l o w l y lower, repeat. I've also been working on lat pull downs, increasing my weight. This morning I did my first unassisted pull up in probably more than 15 years. 1 down, a million more to go!
