Scale Issues

I am brand new so I'll do an intro post later....
My scale is driving me crazy
I started at 168 pounds.
Weight 04/25/09 168
Weight 04/26/09 164.6
Weight 04/27/09 161.5
Weight 05/01/09 161.4
Weight 05/02/09 162.6
Weight 05/04/09 159.6
Weight 05/05/09 155
I find it hard to believe I could lose about 4 pounds in 1 1/2 days. Or is it possible and I'm falling into my negative side again?
Oh --- note: It is digital (the scale) and it will bounce around a lot, so I have to wait a while until I could get a more accurate reading
i weigh in nude after i work out - like a couple hours
----i also have been drinking so much more water and the last time i exercised this much was probably 3 years ago

If you just started out and your previous lifestyle was inactive and you didn't get enough water, it's possible to lose a lot of water weight in a short amount of time.
Also, are you weighing yourself naked first thing in the morning after emptying your bladder EVERY time? Our weight will fluctuate anywhere between 2-6 lbs depending on how hydrated we are, what time of day it is, what we are wearing and how much waste is in our bodies.0 -
yep, always weigh yourself naked, at the same time every morning...maybe after going to the bathroom, before eating or drinking.0
-
also, make sure it is on a solid surface and not carpet...0

My scales show a different weight depending on where I place them on the floor...they suck basically. I tried keeping them in the same place but of course someone always comes along and moves them for some reason!0
