Before and after 36lbs down

So I have been trying to lose weight for 8 months and have had some success. I am 31 and was in denial that I was fat. When I weighed almost 250lbs I knew something needed to change. I do strength training and cardio on the same days. I cut out soda, coffee and juice. All I drink is water and occasionally I drink green tea. I also don't eat fast food although sometimes I eat a subway sandwich. But I have done a total turn around with my life and MFP has helped.
