Here's the thing..I'm 18,overweight,and a mom to a one year old.I'm unhappy with my looks and can't even take a picture with my daughter without feeling so insecure.I've tried dieting,exercising and nothing I do I stick with. This is my second time on MFP and I'm giving it a second try...I need support and I just don't know where to start!

    You can do this! For me what has worked is:

    Eat your exercise calories
    Try to incorporate more fruits, veggies, and protein
    Start exercising, even 10 or 15 minutes is better than nothing
    DON'T beat yourself up if you mess up. Acknowledge it, learn from it, and move forward.
    No matter how many times you fall, get back up.
    Make your goal to track your calories for 21 days. After 21 days, things become a habit.
