I stagger my calories, so some days more, some days less calories. I never go over or under by 300 calories though. It all depends on if I workout and what types of foods I'm eating.

I think if you reduce your calories the next day, you are possibly setting yourself up for another day of overeating. I would just look at it as a new day and go from there.0
