If you go over your limit for the day, should you adjust the next day to compensate?

nope - just call it a "whoospies" day and get back on track today. no sense in starving your body today! good luck!

I stagger my calories, so some days more, some days less calories. I never go over or under by 300 calories though. It all depends on if I workout and what types of foods I'm eating.

    Best of luck!

I think if you reduce your calories the next day, you are possibly setting yourself up for another day of overeating. I would just look at it as a new day and go from there. :)
