I've been gone for over a week. My schedule has been so hectic I haven't been logging anything in. I know I haven't gained any weight, but I haven't lost any either. I'm getting back on track and doing this like I was before. I'm outa here for now, I've gotta bust my butt and get in gear. Just thought I'd share with everyone!

Yes, I had 2 months of hectic work schedule and my manager buying me lunch daily.........
Resulted in a 10 pound water weight gain, which is coming off now that i am getting back on track.0 -
time can be an issue belive me, i work 11 hrs a day. but just a little help that might work for you?
i work in a building that has many steps and in the past 3 days i have been taking the stairs starting out
with only 2 flights and working my way up 3 times a day we will see how that goes but hey it might work?
