How do you log 30 day shred?

  • Because she does the three different circuits I always log it as circuit training.
  • I've been logging it at about ten minutes of calisthenics vigorous (depending if you do those parts hard or not). Then another 10 min aerobics. I'd like to calculate an estimate and then add it, but I'm not sure how. AWESOME workout though, huh?!

    I have a heartrate monitor, so I wear it during the workout and then log the calories it tells me.

    People that don't have a heartrate monitor often log is as 20 minutes of 'circuit training, general'. It's a decent estimate.
