i have a friend though who used to be 180 now is 130 or some thing he was under weight since his 5'11 but most of the time he only ate celery and he lost all that weight in like 2-3 months. so i was just wondering it was amazing. and now his trying to build muscle. his a metro sexual

He also sounds like he has an eating disorder. Celery has very little nutritional value, he must have been severely malnourished. Is that what you want to emulate?

obviously that's not all he ate but he was malnourish that's why he was skinny. i was just trying to question if there is a possible reason of burning more calories than eating the food. i would stop this non sense and just follow the mfp. I wasn't going away from mfp i was just asking because there is no such thing as useless knowledge

If that's all you want to know then, no. There is no food that burns more calories through digestion than it contains. In addition, digestion burn is calculated into your MFP calorie goal already. No need to concern yourself with a silly idea like that.

i actually have a website i quoted which i don't know why it would be a troll. why do you think you need to comment that?
didn't your parents tell you to not say anything if you can't say anything good?

You open yourself up to it when you ask ridiculous questions, then respond to people's answers with even more ridiculous "real-life" examples.

i only responded with one example and it's a true to life example. i'm not really good friends with him so i really can't ask him to tell this to you guys. you think this example is weird when there are weirder things compared to this one.
examples: why are people too greedy with money talking about the people with 20 million or higher.

My mistake then, must not have caught that bit - sorry about that. Regardless, you really need to focus on just eating within the website's guidelines and working out. A lot of your posts are for gimmicks and shortcuts, and while things like eating tons of celery will help you lose weight, it isn't healthy, and it certainly won't help you keep the weight off.

i find that a nice, healthy 25 minutes of self-love burns off at least a slice of wheat bread with one TBSP of almond butter.
    Marry me!

  • Awesome!!
  • the only negative calorie food is peanut butter. You should eat nothing but peanut butter & you will definitely lose weight. Don't put it on celery because it isn't as good a negative calorie food.

    Awesome!!
