    I always keep sugarless gum at my desk. It's great for that midmorning or late afternoon craving.

    In my desk drawer I keep sugarless gum, 90 cal granola bars, and Dove dark chocolate miniatures (they are only 35 cals each, so if you take a tiny bite and let it melt in your mouth, you get the satisfaction of the chocolate taste w/o ruining your day!) Altoids and Jr. Mints also have chocolate covered mints that are about 10 cals for 3 mints. Fresh berries are also sweet and low in cals (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries).
