Thought this would be fun to post and get some ideas! Name a couple of kitchen gadgets you would LOVE to have and what you would use it for.
#1 Vitamix Blender- to make premium smoothies and drinks.
#2 Japanese kitchen knives- to feel like a chef in my own space while pre cutting and chopping my veggies for the week!

    A really good espresso machine, like the kind they have in fancy cafes, although I would settle for a Keurig! :laugh:

    A chest freezer

    Bigger fridge

    Kitchenaid mixer with all the accessories

    I could go on and on! I love kitchen stuff and my kitchen is tiny and we are poor :sad:

    I'm wirth you, Strobin-- a kick-*kitten* set of kitchen knives!

    I have one "really good" Global chef's knife, and it just made me want to get more. Would love to get a set of Shuns, if only I could win the lottery!

    I love Vitamixes, but I've never been a huge blender user. I guess I should get one when / if my trusty food processor ever bites the dust.

    I am dying for a crockpot and a kitchen aid mixer. :)

    Things I have now that are totally necessary are rice cooker and food processor.

    I almost forgot-- I'd love a julienne slicer, too. Ha!

    Shun's are the best! Quality knives are so expensive! German made knives are awesome too!

    I'd like a kitchen not a kitchenette...mine is a poxy 6ft x 7ft with 2 doors and 2 windows off. I love cooking but not in a tiny kitchen.

    If I had a big kitchen I would like a food processor and bread maker but most of all I would like an automatic potato peeler...handling raw potato starch breaks my hands out in awful dermatitis so all tatties eaten in this house still have their peel on...not good for roasties or mash
