Here goes another post that has absolutely nothing to do with fitness/health

Because I enjoy reading the array of different responses I usually get, today I’m asking MFP….What do you adore most?


Me? There is absolutely nothing that I adore more than my nieces & nephew.

I posted this because it makes me laugh, it shows off their personalities:

This was about 2:30am. Apparently, it was imperative that Tavon learned how to do a headstand.

Tavon sustained an injury. Luckily I was able to apply toilet paper & tape to his wound right away. Tavon said his scratch was too serious for a band aid, thought there was barely broken skin…

They ALWAYS and I mean every-single-visit to my house; these kids have a “sliding down the steps” competition. Because safety must come first, I made them homemade helmets. Yes, that is a towel & paint tape. (Don’t judge me haha)
