hello MFP people...

Options
I have half my body weight to lose.
I have a basic daily eating plan --- very simple to follow,
and I have my recumbent biking plan ---more difficult to follow,
and I have my pedometer (every once in a while I record 1000 steps
in a day, but more often it's only 300 steps or less), and I have an
electronic "buddy" who keeps in touch with me daily (from my clinic).
So, I wanted to say "Hello to you all!" And via posts I hope to get to know
some of you better as time goes on...

    I too have alot to lose and know it can be done. There is alot of supportive people on here and it is a big help. May all go well and you have a successful journey:smile:
