Feel free to add me! I'm on here daily (going on 80 days straight!) and I have found that this really works.
My food diary is open, I am very good about updating it daily - it keeps me accountable. I'm on a pound a week plan and am so far on track. I love offering motivation, and love to get it in return. Welcome!!!
