    WOW! You look great and so inspiring - I need to lose 100+ lbs. My first is to get below 250 then lose 100. Incremental goals seem to be helping me too. Thanks for inspiring me even more:happy:

    Tammy, You were one of my first MFP friends. I remember hoping to find someone I could identify with who would struggle along with me and pray with and for me. And there you were. Thank you so much. Hang in there, HE isn't finished with either one of us yet.

    You look fantastic! I started at very much the same weight as you, I'm currently 80 pounds down so still allong way to go, but seeing the results that you have is going to spur me on even more!
