I wanted to apologize for not weighing in for the last few weeks but my dad has been in the hospital. I know I have been dropped from the challenge and understand. I wanted to say thanks Falisha, for starting this challenge and developing and updating the chart each week. Even though it has been pretty stressful with my dad sick, I have managed to keep losing. Don't think I am quite going to make my goal but I will be close. Thanks again and Merry Christmas!

I just wanted to let you know I will be missing this weeks weigh in. I am out of town and don't have my Wii board with me and that's the only place I weigh myself.0 -

I would love to add another week onto this, after Christmas we are going to my in laws and they have a rather skewed view of healthy eating and cooking. They buy those breaded chicken patties- because its all white meat and therefore healthy for you and then when they cook it they fry them in olive oil- because that is a heart healthy good oil! Luckily my kids are picky and when she asked what they like to eat, I suggested low cal stuff I can have as well.
Can't believe how fast this challenge seems to have gone, now that the end is near, thanks for all the hard work, and keeping us all on track!

Ugh...Scale was not working this week. Got new batteries and I'm back on track for the final weigh in!! Congrats to everyone on the great losses this week!!!0

Glad to hear that people are interested in extending the challenge. I'm still up for it. Gotta have a little extra help to get through Christmas weekend and this challenge helps with that.

I'm okay with 1 more week. I have been in Vegas staying at my In Laws house for the last week and we don't go home for 5 more days. I hope I'm not up more than a few lbs for my weigh in next week.0

Well, I didn't quite stay at my maintenance weight, but I only missed it by 2 pounds which was part of my deal through this challenge. I wanted to be no more than 2 lbs over and I kept it there. Thanks for extending the challenge another week. It looks like I need to find another challenge for the new year. Great job everybody. Keep moving.....train hard and expect success.

I MADE IT!!!!!! I really wasn't sure if I was going to meet this goal. Early on in this challenge, things were going so quickly and I kept moving my goal weight to reflect the weight that was dropping off. But the last month has been a real challenge for me. I was SO HAPPY to see 240.0 on the scale this morning. What an excellent Christmas gift to me.

Missed my challenge goal by 2.5 Through the challenge I have gone through several weeks where I was just playing with the same pound but when I would actually work harder, I would lose. (Who’da thunk?! Lol) Still happy to be closer to the 180’s now than the 200’s, but come January I plan to make 2012 MUCH more productive in my weight loss journey.
