No matter how good "Sugar Free Reese's" taste....take heed. A few is too many.

Sound like that should never emanate from a lady....ever again....

You know, it's not just sugar free stuff. One day I ended up popping like half a pound of grapes and it had the same effect.

Having to go is one thing but the reaction to this sugar free stuff is on a whole different level and it all happens sooooo fast.

How long does this usually last?

    Anyone with previous experience?

Going on 16 hours now with no relief in sight

The first time I had something with sugar alcohols I was going in and out of the potty for about a day and a half. You do end up building up s tolerance for them though so the laxative effect diminishes.

Glad I read this, I would not have known this information. Of course, it is a good cleanse I guess.

Sugar alcohol will be on Nutrition Facts labels on food, snack, etc. It is in foods that are sugar free. BEWARE, that stuff is BRUTAL on some people digestive systems!
