Good job...and keep up the good work! Thanks for your words of encouragement! I just started about 3 weeks ago and I have lost 5 lbs so I am inspired to press my way to a better lifestyle and for better health(not that I was unhealthy) but I see everyday how excessive weight can cause major health issues!
So am in MFP for the long haul!
