3 months ago, I would have not given a second thought to making a box of Pasta-Roni and having ONLY that be my lunch/dinner/snack. 2.5 servings of a side dish for a meal.
Yesterday I made myself dinner: beef pinwheel (with spinach and provologne) with a SIDE of Pasta-Roni: I ate ONLY the suggested serving and not an ounce more! I still WANTED to eat the rest of the pasta, but I put it in a leftover container for later.
