Jillian Michael's Boost Metabolism DVD

For those of you that do it, what do you log it as; aerobic high impact, aerobic general, or kickbox? Not sure what to put it as.

    I usually do "circuit training."

    i did the 30 day shred first and logged that as circuit training, so once i started the banish fat boost metabolism i just kept logging it as circuit training. just guessed on the calorie count and put 200 each time i did it. today is my 4th day doing it and i wore my new HRM while doing it. it says that the video takes 55 minutes(with cool down) and i burned 556 calories. i am 5'4 172 pounds.

    Edit to say that i'm glad i did 30 day shred first, it covers the basics of most of these moves, example walking ab holds, all the jumping moves.

    i actually just posed a question about jillian michaels dvds a few minutes ago. that is a helpful list is that all of the videos she has???? and what dvds do you find best to get. i want to start off buying 3 what are the best 3 or 4 that you guys think.
