A whole broccoli , cant find it on this database.
Average size , no scales

    I've just weighed my largish head of broccoli and it was 470g, I'd say an average sized one would be about 350g which would be about 110 calories.

    Hey its there .. if you search 'Broccoli' you will find an entry (2nd in the row) with the name 'Broccoli - Cooked, boiled, drained, without salt' which is absolute and it has so many measuring units as well and almost all sizes of broccoli
    usually a small broccoli has 49ish calories
