Hi and Welcome:flowerforyou: I would say what helps me is that I enter every thing that I eat. Even if it's a stick of celery. I eat 5 small meals a day and two snacks usually fruit and eat the extra calories that I get from exercise. I am blessed to have such great support from everyone on here. :happy:0

Welcome and best of luck to you! This site is awesome and has worked very well for me....I follow my nutritional amounts and try to exercise 4 or 5 times per week for about 45 minutes each time and I'm seeing great results! I hope the same for you!0
